Our Wild Week!

This week has been a fun and wild week! We started out spending the first of the week relaxing after the crazy week that we had last week with all the softball. So, the kids went and did some swimming at my moms house in this pool that when she bought it, looked like it had a fun slide and was a bug pool. Well, Corbin is laying on the slide, and all the kids did not fit in it together, but they still had a great time!!

Kaylix is to little to play with the big kids in the pool, so he just stood and watched them and laughed when they splashed on him!

Then we headed to Park City to spend the 4th with Riley's family.

It was total chaos with 7 kids who are 7 and under. I personally appreciated having more kids there and feeling like my life is a little more in control then I tend to think some days!!!!

Chelsey loves Maya, and really wanted Britany to do her hair like Maya's
so here is the end result.

We headed over to the Park City Resort to ride some rides and the Alpine Slide. Good times, good times! Keegan thought this track hoe was the COOLEST thing ever. He spent a lot of time on it!

And of course, Kaylix had to try it out too! He also loved it!

This is the Alpine Slide that we ventured on. Now, I am going to admit something here that I am ashamed of, but this was honestly the first time that I have ever been on the Alpine Slide. I know weird. Riley and I took the Chelsey and Corbin on it. I was ready to go and give it a good try, but as soon as Corbin and I started to go, he yelled, "put on the brakes mom". :) So, the kid behind us caught up to us and was not to happy about it. But we meandered down the hill at Corbins speed!

The next day was the 4th. We got up and went to a parade which didn't start until 11:00. It made it a little hot to watch a parade, and they didn't even through candy out to keep the kids entertained! But it was still fun! Then we went back and gave all the little kids naps. After that, we ventured back over to the Resort for some more fun! Keegan was loving these airplanes, he figured out how to make them go up all by himself! He is so smart! Chelsey and Corbin were to big to ride and Kaylix was to little, so Keegan and Kenyon had their own special ride!

Then Chelsey and Corbin got to jump, they had a great time!

What were Keegan and Kaylix doing while they were doing this you might be asking yourself, they were having a good time in the stroller!

Chelsey and Corbin also got to climb the rock wall, Chelsey was having a great time, can't you tell by the smile on her face!

She got this high, and was done, she doesn't love heights, so she called it quites!
Corbin on the other hand, loved it!
And he got pretty high up there, I was so proud!

Where was Riley during all this fun, (I know you were wondering!) Well, Wednesday I took the kids up and staid without him, then Thursday night he came up after work. That is when we rode the Alpine Slide. Then on the 4th, he went golfing while we were having more fun without him. We headed home last night and missed the fireworks, but, my kids were so done having fun! It was fun to spend time with the whole Wilkinson Family, it's not very often that we all get together. Thanks Bev and Gar for a great time and for letting us stay, even though you wanted to go and get yourselves your own room at the Hilton!
