Whoot Whoot!

There are so many things that I need to get caught up on. Like last weekend Chelsey played in a Softball tournament and they were the winners of the whole shubang! They played 3 games and won all of them! Whoot Whoot for Champions!

Then after the game as all the girls were high fiving each other, one of the girls on Chelseys team started to trip and pushed Chelsey down. Because of the way that she fell, she was unable to catch herself. She got up and was just kind of holding her shoulder as she walked the bases. Then when she got off the field, she started to cry. One of her coaches thought that she had separated her shoulder, and told me to take her to get it looked at. We went home iced it, gave her some Tylenol and then she started complaining of a shooting pain, so it was off to Primary Childrens. Luckily, my sister Shauna was working, so we got some special treatment! They took X-Rays and determined that there was nothing broken. It was decided that she must have torn or stretched the "fibers" that connect her collar bone and her shoulder blade. She was told to take it easy for 1-2 weeks. After taking a few days to baby it, she was right back at practice on Tuesday, still taking it easy, but being part of the team! She got some good bunting practice in so that she didn't have to swing the bat!
They are playing in another Tournament this weekend, we are hoping that they are the winners again!!! It should be most of the same teams that we played, so we know that they can beat them!!!!

Her coach has put together a website, it is still in the beginning stages since there has only been one tournament, but it is kind of fun http://www.tvillesoftball.com/

Corbin also had a big week in Baseball! He was asked to play up in the next age group on Thursday and Friday. He was so excited to play. He did awesome! After the game on Thursday, the coach gave him the game ball for being such a good player, he LOVED it!

He got hit and still stood there ready to hit the next ball, he didn't know that he got to take a base for getting hit, he might try to get hit every time next year!!! I really messed up too, I thought I was recording him when he ran home, he slide into home, and it was so awesome! But then after he was done I pressed the button to stop recording and I started recording the fence and me walking back to sit down and then Keegan taking the camera from me to take a picture, so it finally stopped! Whoot Whoot for me!

Then on Saturday, he had a game for his own team the "Storm" and then closing ceremonies afterwards. They really had a lot of fun this year! Whoot Whoot for baseball!

It has been raining non-stop for weeks now. We are so done with the rain ruining our summer vacation! However, due to all the rain, Keegan found a fun little mud puddle in the back yard that was a great source of entertainment for him! And of course, Kaylix had to join him, only Kaylix does not really like to be as messy as Keegan!

That is good times right there! There is no whoot whoot for rain though!

There was one nice day, and so we took advantage of it and went swimming!

Whoot whoot for sunshine and swimming!!

I am so excited for Shauna and Brandon, they are getting married on Wednesday. All I know is that I am so grateful Shauna found someone who loves her and respects her as much as I do. I knew that Shauna would never settle for anything in life, she has accomplished so much and I am so proud of her for everything that she has done and continues to do. She and Brandon are so cute and so much fun together, I am so glad that they have each other. Whoot Whoot for weddings!

Then Jen and Ty are expecting their baby any day now. We are so excited for them too. Keegan can hardly wait for baby Jaxton to get here. I can't wait to see how he acts once the baby does finally get here, any day now, any day! Whoot Whoot for babies!

Well, that is last week in review, this week consists of softball practice Mon through Wed, achievement days on Tuesday, a wedding on Wednesday, a family b-b-q on Thursday and Taylorsville Dayzz, Tourney's on Friday and Saturday, of course Church on Sunday, a baby shower for Jen on Monday, and then we will see what the rest of the weeks bring:) (Hopefully a baby!!!)
