Hooray for Summer!!

Even though the summer season is not officially here for a few more weeks, because school is out, summer has officially started for us!!!

There is so much going on this summer, we might be ready to go back to school in a few months for things to slow down, but that is doubtful!

Chelsey has made the "A Team" for All Stars and has been practicing really hard every night the last week. She will be playing in a tournament this weekend, and the coaches are expecting big things out of these girls, they are all really awesome players! As of right now, they are registered to play in 2 tournaments, but the coaches are talking about continuing playing through the whole summer, so we will see what our summer schedule can handle, most of our month of July is booked with vacations and family reunions, but, we will see!

Chelsey also finds great joy in dressing Keegan up in her clothes. I am not really sure why, but he lets her and she loves to do it! Here, they are dressed alike!

Corbin has also been playing a lot of Baseball games. His highlight this weekend, Grandpa Gary and Grandma Bev came to one of his games. He was so excited that they were there to support him! He loves when people come to watch him! They will have their last game on June 20. He is sad about the season being over, but looks forward to having nothing to do!

Before school was out, he had an end of year program, here he is with his little part!

Corbin also lost both of his top front teeth within a day of each other! He looks so cute-silly with no teeth!!!! And it is fun to listen to him talk, he has a hard time saying a few words!

Keegan is getting so big, and has not been sick for a while, hooray!!! We are working on taking his binkey away from him, since my Sis-in-Law and lil Bro are having a baby soon, we are trying to convince him that baby Jaxton will need his binkey and he needs to give it to him because only babies have binkeys, so far it is not really working. Maybe once Jaxton really comes, he will be a little more willing! Keegan has been so funny, he finds things sround our house that are for babies and he packs it up and gives it to Ty and Jen, I love it, he is so funny! Ty and Jen have moved back home and we are all so excited about that beause we really missed them a lot and were not looking forward to having to drive to Cedar at least once a week to see baby Jaxton! Welcome home! Love ya guys! Jen told Keegan that she ate the baby and that is how it got in her tummy, he was not really sure about that and weather or not he should believe her, he is too smart! But anyone who asks, he tells that them Jenny ate the baby!

It is kind of hard to see, but he and Corbin were playing Horse, Keegan was riding on Corbins back, and Corbin bucked up and hit Keegan in the mouth, it split the inside of his mouth and his top lip swelled up really big, it has been a week and he still has an open sore in his mouth.

He also enjoyed an ice cream sandwich that Brenda brought to Corbin's program, he loves food and loves to wear it all too!

Kaylix is starting to say more words, even though I am the only one who understands most of them! Riley always asks for an interpreter when Kaylix is talking to him!

His burn is getting better every day, he has a new glove that he has to wear:
However, it is not the right glove, it does not come up high enough on his hand and does not put pressure where he needs it, so they ordered him a new glove that will come up on his fingers. So, we are hoping for the best with all this stretching his hand daily and wearing of gloves and all that stuff! He is a good sport through it all! Plus he is realy cute!

And, Riley turned 31 on May 31. Sometimes with all the other things going on in life, Riley and I forget to celebrate our own milestones! But, my mom had a dinner and a party for Riley, Ty and Jen, since all their birthdays are just within a few days of each other! Riley got some new shirts, which he needed really bad, and some fun outdoor games that we have enjoyed playing!

  1. I used to dress up my brother and take him down the street and introduce him as my little sister. I really wanted a sister.
Last night, Elizabeth said to Michael, "Sam and WIlliam have each other, and you and mommy are a team, and I am all alone". Broke our heart. I just can't seem to convince myself to be sick for 5 months. We will see.
