Chelsey's regular softball season is officially over! She played her last game on Monday. She had a really good season and played her little heart out! She has been asked to try out for all stars again this year, we are really excited about that and really proud of her. She will be having tryouts on Wednesday, so wish her luck!
Corbin's baseball season is half way over! Riley and Corbin are both having a lot of fun this season. Corbin is trying really hard! Although at his game on Wednesday, he came over to me during warm ups and said "I am having the worst day ever, I can't catch anything, not even grounders!" I laughed at him and told him just to try his best! But to make up for all the things that he couldn't catch, he was hitting the ball really well, he was calling himself the "double boy" because he got to 2nd base on all his hits! Yeah! He is so funny!
I have been really bad at taking my camera with me to the games, so I do not have any new pictures, I didn't even get pictures of Chelsey's closing ceremony. I will have to remember it if she makes all stars and remember it for the rest of Corbins games!
We are all so glad that it is warming up finally!!! Here is how Keegan, Kaylix and I spend most of our days now that we can be outside!
As soon as we get back from taking Chelsey and Corbin to school, we are out on the trampoline and we are usually there until about lunch time! There is so much to do outside, jump, swing, ride bikes, draw with chalk and so much more that these 2 can think of! Keegan and his imagination kill me!
This weekend has been a fun one for us! This morning we got up nice and early because no one knows how to sleep in! And we went to the cemetery to put flowers out for baby Rix, then we went to Old Navy and got some of their $1.00 flip flops. Then we came home did some chores, went for a bike ride and then b-b-q'd some chicken, then the kids begged Riley to start a fire so they could roast marshmallows, he did, but only one little problem, I didn't have any marshmallows. So we had a fire, and just watched it burn out! What more could you ask for than spending lots of time together as a family!
