With the Thanksgiving Holiday, it makes you stop and think of all the things that you are thankful for. Me, I am thankful for my family and for the great love and support that Riley is to me and for the cute smiles and I love yous that I get from my kids and Chelsey and Corbins efforts in school and at home to help me. We had parent teacher conferences last week, and my kids are awesome!!!!
Also, with the Thanksgiving holiday behind us, I ventured out on Friday morning to do some Christmas shopping. My family had a sleepover at my parents house Thursday and me, Riley, Brenda, Jason, Shauna, Tyler, Jen, Debby, and Paige all headed out at 3:30 Friday morning to get the best deals! It was crazy, but so much fun! I think that we started a new family tradition. And even though Riley will not admit that he had as much fun as I did, I know he was enjoying the thrill of it all!!!! My mom kept all the kids and we all headed out for the morning I got almost all of my Christmas shopping done in one day. How 'bout that for a successful outing!!!

I've always wanted to do that, but I just can't convince my body to get out of bed. Is there even such a thing as 3:30 am when you're not feeding a baby?
