Happy Birthday Baby!

Can you believe that this tiny little thing, has turned into this not so tiny but still little thing!!!

Kaylix turned 1 year old on Friday.

And man, he is a crazy monkey! He is everywhere and into everything!

There he goes again!

We had a party for him on Saturday, it was so much fun. My grandma asked me if I thought he knew this party was for him, I told her probably not, but it didn't matter because he was having fun! But, then when he got to open presents, he was having even more fun!

We swam and ran through sprinklers in our backyard.

He was so cute opening his presents!

Grandma Bev and Grandpa Gary gave him some shoes, he handed them to Brenda and wanted her to put them on!

And of course there was cake and ice cream! He wasn't quite sure about us singing to him!

But, once he got the cake and ice cream, he was absolutely sure what to do with it!

I could hardly believe it when I realized I was pregnant, again! I could hardly believe it when Kaylix was born 1 month early and now, I can hardly believe that he is 1. I love my little monkey! He has brought so much joy into our family. I thank Heavenly Father each day for my wonderful children and for the things that they teach me. I am so proud of Kaylix and the things that he accomplishes each and every day. He was walking at 11 months, he is starting to say words like "uh, oh . . . some . . . mom . . . yeah . . . uh uh . . . " he is a lot of fun and I can't wait to see all the accomplishments that are yet to come. I love to watch him try to do the same things that the older kids are doing and try to keep up with them. He will be there soon. I love that my older kids are so willing to play with him and Keegan and to share their things and their time with them. I love me kids!
